Before I switched to Xactimate Mobile, I used a Surface Pro laptop. I would take the laptop into the building and sketch on it. I found by using a bungee cord, I could strap my laptop to the stand and carry the stand around from room to room. I found it worked well and made using the laptop on-site a lot easier.
